Cancellation Policies vary from supplier to hotel group to destination.

Advise our consultant if your client might change the itinerary, and we can try to book a hotel or rate with a more relaxed cancellation policy.

The cheapest hotel or rates on offer, often have a no-refund, no amendment clause.

Our Admin is impeccable!

Agents' commission is 10% and payable immediately as per invoice submitted, or can be deducted at source.

Queries and refunds are attended to as a matter of urgency.
