OUR SERVICE

We are an OUTBOUND ONLY Tour Operator.

We source and specialize in hotel accommodation all around the world.

There is a great demand for CORPORATE TRAVEL into AFRICA, we do it all the time.

ACCOMMODATION is primarily what we do, and we are very good at it:

• We promise a 24 HR TURNAROUND time with constant feedback if there is a delay
• An urgent request is attended to IMMEDIATELY
• We have CONTRACT RATES with Principals and Suppliers all over the world.
• We book accommodation with the INTERNATIONAL HOTEL GROUPS such as Starwood, Hilton, Intercontinental, Best Western, Marriott, Choice, the list continues.
• We can source location specific hotels for i.e. Trade Fairs and Conferences in a pin prick location
• ACCOUNTS with suppliers abroad facilitate last minute bookings; the moment we are paid, the client can travel
• We have various means of PREPAYMENT
• We are also used to cleaning up bookings that went wrong which were made by some of the major player competitors...
• The success of every booking is taken seriously as too much energy is wasted on fixing something that has gone wrong!

DESTINATION MANAGEMENT

Some Corporate Clients need to have ALL SERVICES PREPAID before departure, for example:

• If a client requires breakfast in a USA hotel where it is seldom included in the room rate, we would try to negotiate a rate with the hotel to cover it
• We can pre negotiate daily allowances with hotels based on what a reasonable requirement for meals and room service would amount to
• A daily transfer could be prebooked for 4 hours, but the requirement might change while the client is travelling
• If a prepaid service is not taken up and the cancellation policy allows it, we refund accordingly

While we cannot guarantee these services for every destination, we do our best to comply with every client's specific requirements.

Leisure

Twenty years ago Global started out doing mainly leisure bookings.

Indian Ocean Islands, East Africa: Accommodation, transfers, excursions, weddings and team building.

We still offer these services, although it is a heavily traded market.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation Policies vary from supplier to hotel group to destination. Advise the consultant if your client might change the itinerary, and we can try to book a hotel with a more relaxed cancellation policy Trade Fair windows remain a nightmare everywhere!

ADMIN & ACCOUNTS

Our Admin is impeccable:

• Agents' commission is 10% and payable immediately as per invoice submitted, or can be deducted at source.
• Queries and refunds are attended to as a matter of urgency
