Global Accommodation has been supplying Travel Agents with International Accommodation for more than 21 years.

We specialise in OUTBOUND ONLY Corporate and Trade Fair Accommodation.

We sell wholesale to Travel Agents only.

 With access to an extensive network of international hotels, we are able to book accommodation near all  international events such as fairs, festivals and congresses.

Auxiliary services include transfers, tours, guides, chauffeurs, secretarial services, translators and conferencing.

Destination management

Certain corporate clients have a mandatory requirement to have all services prepaid before departure.

We can pre negotiate daily allowances with hotels based on the client's requirements such as breakfast, dinner, room service, laundry etc.

If a prepaid service is not taken up and the cancellation policy allows it, we refund accordingly.

Commission

Agents commission of 10% is included in our quotes.

Commission can be deducted at source. Alternatively, commission is paid on presentation of an invoice.

While we cannot guarantee these services for every destination, we do our best to provide our clients with tailor made solutions.
